Curriculum and Learning Objectives
We offer an exclusive holistic program which combines all language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. We focus on communication skills and speaking: in our classes native and professional teachers develop interactive and fun lessons. Textbooks and other materials such as newspapers, magazines, videos, movies, etc are used in class to motivate and help students to reach their goals.
English Classes for All Levels
Our aptitude exam and interview give the instructors a clear view of the student's level, their priorities for each stage of learning, and the steps needed to achieve their language goals.
Beginner Level
In the Beginner Level you will learn the basics of the English language. It starts with learning how to introduce yourself, greet people, say goodbye, and spell words. During this level you will learn how to ask for information, describe people and locations, give directions, communicate over the phone, etc. These classes include knowing how to talk about the time and the weather. You will be able to talk about subjects such as daily activities and routines, wishes, preferences and how to make comparisons. At the end of these classes you will also know how to apologize, express your opinion and talk about your past, present, and future time so that you can make your conversations with English speakers very interesting!
Intermediate Level
The Intermediate Level starts with a review about how to connect past, present, and future events. During this level you will learn how to express wishes, demands, instructions, and different levels of certainty. These classes include knowing all the English Verbal Tenses; you will be able to evaluate facts and situations, and learn to debate and obtain information about a culture. At the end of these classes you will understand and speak English in different situations using complex grammar structures and you will be able to interact more naturally with English speakers at a normal speed of delivery.
Advanced Level
The Advanced Level is designed for students who already possess an advanced level of English and who want to continue their learning and extend their existing knowledge of English. You already are able to understand and express yourself naturally and accurately in familiar and unfamiliar situations using complex grammar structures. At this level you will master extremely complex structures. You will communicate in diverse types of interpersonal relations and express very accurately different points of view. A wide range of topics based around students’ own interests (global issues, popular science, environment, media and advertising; culture and entertainment; beliefs and religions, etc) will be discussed with varied degrees of involvement the subject matter of the conversation. You will be perfecting your English at the highest possible level.
